 Mr. Detweiler practices in all areas of intellectual property law, including patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, copyright registration, and the provision of patentability and non-infringement opinions. He also advises clients on matters regarding intellectual property portfolio development, strategy, and implementation. He works primarily in the fields of high technology and medical devices.
 
 Mr. Detweiler was named a Massachusetts SuperLawyers Rising Star in 2005 and 2007.
