Mr. Yore s extensive financial and operations experience will provide the direction to develop the infrastructure required to support the rapid growth of the company. He will help develop the business plans, raise capital, manage and execute mergers and acquisitions, and facilitate communications amongst the executive staff and the Board of Directors to drive success and mitigate risk. He will also focus on strategic and tactical financial planning as well as oversee the day-to-day accounting, finance, legal, and human resources administration activities of the Company. Mr. Yore joined the Company from Nascentric and Silicon Metrics, both venture-backed high tech companies in Austin, where he was the Chief Financial Officer. He led the efforts to close the successful acquisition of Silicon Metrics by Magma Design Automation before starting Nascentric. He has effectively led financial and operations efforts at companies ranging from startups to large corporations. Within these organizations, he has developed business plans, obtained venture capital, raised strategic and debt funding, and created plans and strategies for mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Yore's prior experience also includes CCI/Triad (now Activant Solutions) where he successfully completed transition, relocation, and restructuring efforts associated with the $275M acquisition of Triad Systems Corporation by CCI. CCI/Triad went public during Scott s tenure as a financial executive of the company. Prior to his industry experience, he was with Ernst & Young for 10 years in Austin and the Silicon Valley. He graduated from the University of Idaho in 1988 with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting.
