Mr. Wolff joined American Securities Capital Partners in 2002 as a Senior Associate. Previously he was with Merrill Lynch, where he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, focusing on a variety of industries including consumer products, food, packaging and automotive since 2000. He left ASCP in 2004 to attend the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. Mr. Wolff rejoined ASCP upon receiving his MBA in 2006. He also received a BS with distinction in Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. Mr. Wolff is a director of Lakeside Energy, LLC. |
