Scott Vogel has been involved in the spa and hospitality industry for over ten years and brings with him an emphasis on planning and spa development. Mr. Vogel has assisted with the opening of the Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa, The Spa at Caesars Palace, Turnberry Isle Resort and Spa, New York Hilton & Towers, St. Andrews Country Club and Frenchman’s Creek Country Club. In the spa planning process, Mr. Vogel effectively coordinates the design and implementation of the spa, develops business and marketing plans, develops national and local marketing campaigns, creates and implements spa DVDs, and implements spa gift card programs. All of these activities successfully increase spa revenues and profits. Regarding personnel, Mr. Vogel has developed operational manuals and standards for all aspects of spa operation, has recruited, hired, motivated, and evaluated staff both operational and administrative positions, developed operating training standards, and created awards and sales incentive programs. For accounting control, he has created, implemented and monitored all functions of payroll, purchasing, inventory control, cash handling procedures, cost control procedures and created monthly consolidation reports analyzing all aspects of generated revenue broken down by business class.
