Scott has been in the real estate business since 1985 and has experience in investment property sales, analysis and finance. He is currently co-owner and principal of Unique Properties LLC, a full service commercial real estate brokerage firm with expertise in investment properties. Scott has brokered in excess of $750 million in real estate transactions during his career in addition to his activities with his various real estate investment companies. Scott has provided consulting services and acted as a conduit for the financing of various projects in the Denver area. Since 1992 Scott has been recognized by the Denver Board of Realtors as one of the highest producers in commercial sales in Denver. Scott is also very active in the community, currently as director with the Food Bank of the Rockies and Children’s Garden, a Denver-based Montessori school. |
