Scott M. Rosen has served as Chief Operating Officer of Equinox Holdings, Inc., a New York-based operator of upscale fitness clubs, since January 2005. Before that, Mr. Rosen was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Equinox Holdings, Inc., which he joined in August 2003. Prior to joining Equinox, Mr. Rosen was Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of J. Crew from 1994 to August 2003. Prior to joining J. Crew, Mr. Rosen was Vice President and Divisional Controller for the Women's Sportswear Group division of Liz Claiborne, Inc. Mr. Rosen is a non-practicing certified public accountant and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo. |
