Mr. Riggs currently resides in Harrisburg, Illinois and is married with three children. Mr. Riggs graduated from Ohio University with an undergraduate degree in business in 1986. Scott has served as president and Chief Operating Officer for Clearwave Communications since 1st quarter of 2001. Mr. Riggs spent three and one-half years as Regional Vice President of Sales for Telecorp PCS in Nashville, Tennessee and Jackson, Mississippi. Prior to that, Mr. Riggs spent 6 and one-half years as the General Manager for Mercury Communications of Jackson, Mississippi managing a RSA for Illinois Cellular Telephone Company. He also served as Regional Manager for SuperAmerica (a division of Ashland Oil) managing seven Retail Convenient Stores with total P&L responsibilities. |
