Scott Nichols is Vice President for the Midwest office of Sun Hospitality Advisors, a division of The Plasencia Group.

Mr. Nichols was most recently Director of Franchise Sales and Development for Cendant Hotel Group responsible for franchise sales and development of the Wingate Inn and Wyndham Garden Hotel brands in the Midwest.

Prior to his tenure at Cendant Mr. Nichols held a variety of franchise development and feasibility analysis positions with Sheraton Hotels, Holiday Corporation (Holiday Inns, Hampton Inns, Embassy Suites and Residence Inns) and Laventhol & Horwath. Mr. Nichols was also responsible for Franchise Sales and Development for over 12 years in the Midwest with Arby's Inc., Jimmy John's Gourmet Subs, and Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts. While at Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts, Mr. Nichols oversaw the sale of nearly 300 franchises in the Greater Chicago area.

Mr. Nichols is a graduate of Cornell University 's School of Hotel Administration.
