Since then Mr. Miner has an established track record of a proven executive leader, mentor and successful businessman. Currently Scott serves on the Executive Management Team as Director of Plans and Operations, at Software Engineering Services (SES), overseeing projects in areas of operations, marketing, business development, public relations, human resources, real estate and numerous other sectors of the Company as well as management of the State Government Solutions Group, which represents about 25% of the Company’s Team Members.
Prior to SES Mr. Miner’s career accomplishments are shown as follows: Scott held the title of Program Director for a significant International Technology Transfer Company where he advised the CEO, CMO and Chairman on operational, marketing and IT. He served as Assistant Secretary on the Board of Directors (BoD) for this same Company and on the BoD for the Parent Corporation. Scott supported the CLevel Executives for one of North America's largest foods companies and supported the C-Level Executives for one of the largest truckload motor carriers in the United States; in both capacities acting as a senior advisor in Information Technology and Program/Project Management. Scott is honored to have served in the United States Air Force (USAF) and is a Persian Gulf War Era Veteran. While serving in the USAF Scott trained in Colorado Springs for the 1996 Olympic Games as a member of the USAF Wrestling Team. He directly supported two Four Star Generals while serving in the USAF and as a Government Contractor at the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM). Included in his background are several business start-ups which resulted in successful and profitable exit strategies at their conclusion and Assistant Football Coach for Dana College. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Information Systems from Bellevue University. He has served and is currently serves on numerous Boards throughout the region in Director/Advisor Positions, was the Public Relations Director for an International Mid-West Based Organization, held the position of Assistant Youth Director of the State of Nebraska, is a Deacon in his local church and is involved with extensive community service groups and organizations. Scott has also worked as a volunteer on the successful campaigns of both the Mayor of Omaha and Governor of Nebraska. Scott and his wife of 10 years, Donna, reside in Omaha, Nebraska. |
