With twenty years of experience in finance marketing and business management Mr. Milligan is a seasoned executive who brings a balanced approach and a proven track record of success to his role with the company.
Scott joined Zarlink Semiconductor in May 2003. He is responsible for the company’s corporate finance strategy and the fulfillment of financial control taxation treasury and other financial activities.
Prior to joining the company Scott was Vice President Finance and Administration with UUNet Canada now MCI Canada. He led a number of initiatives that helped to increase revenues and improve profit margins.
From 1993 to 2000 Scott was with the Pepsi Bottling Group. He served as Director of Planning in Toronto and then Director of Finance and Business Unit Chief Financial Officer of Pepsi’s Great West Business Unit in Denver.
From 1986 to 1993 Scott held various finance and management roles with the Campbell Soup Company.
Scott began his professional career with Price Waterhouse working in the Toronto audit practice. He graduated with a Bachelor in Mathematics (Honors) from the University of Waterloo Ontario in 1983. Scott is a member of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Mr. Milligan is based at Zarlink’s headquarters in Ottawa Canada. He is married with two children. |
