Scott McCabe is Vice President and Supervisor of Twin City Grill, Tucci Benucch, and Lettuce Entertain You Enterprise's newest concept, The Magic Pan Crepe Stand, all in Mall of America.
Scott began his restaurant career in 1987 as a server with Red Lobster. Scott earned a degree in Mass Communications from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota in 1990. Shortly thereafter, in 1991, he began management training with Red Lobster. He was promoted to Associate Manager in 1992 and remained there until he came to LEYE in 1994.
Scott was part of the opening team for Twin City Grill and was promoted to General Manager in January, 1995. He moved to Tucci Benucch as General Manager in June of 1995 and became supervisor of both restaurants in January of 1997. Scott became a LEYE Supervising Partner in 1998.
Since Scott became a partner, he has been instrumental in continuing to develop and define Tucci Benucch and Twin City Grill through decor changes and continued menu development. Scott continues to focus on the basics of day-to-day operations, living the LEYE philosophies of recruiting and developing Great People, providing our guests with Great Food and Great Service, and working to ensure that both restaurants realize positive sales growth.
Most recently, Scott has been working with Richard Melman, Danny McGowan and chef John Pullis on one of LEYE's newest creations. The Magic Pan Crepe Stand which opened in November 2003. The Magic Pan Crepe Stand has opened to great success. Scott and his team look forward to further development on The Magic Pan Crepe Stand.
Scott lives in Woodbury, Minnesota with his wife and two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, going to baseball games and camping. |
