Mr. Kinsman is Vice-President of Engineering and the head of Engineering for the Buffalo office. Mr. Kinsman has over 20 years of experience in transportation engineering including design and construction inspection of highways, bridges, subdivision, parking lots, vehicular circulation plans, and pathways. He is licensed in New York and New Jersey.

Mr. Kinsman is married with two young Boys and lives in the city he loves -- Buffalo, NY. In his spare time he likes to spend time with his family, travel, complete house projects, exercise and make furniture in his wood shop.
