Scott Heintzeman leads Carlson Marketing’s information technology efforts across the company, as well as security, project management and enterprise and technical architecture. He is responsible for identifying, developing and continuing strategies that support a focused, effective and efficient customer-first marketing approach using modular, shared-systems architecture. Heintzeman is a 32-year veteran of Carlson Hotels Worldwide. While serving as vice president and chief information officer, he led technology initiatives for Carlson’s hotel brands. Heintzeman received his MBA from the University of Minnesota and has completed the university’s Carlson School of Management Minnesota Management Program and Minnesota Executive Program. In 1999, Heintzeman was inducted into the International Hospitality Technology Hall of Fame.
