Scott Hefter, PRTM’s Global Managing Director, ensures that the firm supports its private and public-sector client base as one global team. He is also responsible for driving the firm’s operational strategy and growth objectives. For the previous five years, he ran PRTM’s U.S. Government and Public Sector practice and managed the Washington, D.C. office. Prior to that, he led client service teams for PRTM’s electronics and communications clients in the U.S. and Europe.
Hefter possesses over two decades’ consulting experience and has led many areas of PRTM’s industry and geographic expansion. His government and commercial client experiences have included numerous strategic joint ventures across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. His broad consulting experience includes strategy, organizational design, business transformation, technology governance, service management, and senior executive facilitation and mentorship.
Hefter joined PRTM in 1991. He holds an MBA from New Jersey’s Rutgers Graduate School of Management with a concentration in accounting and operations management. He earned a BA in political science from Connecticut College. |
