Mr. DeVinney joined NorthMarq Capital in October 2006 when NorthMarq acquired the mortgage banking company First Monroe, Inc. where he was employed since 1998. He is responsible for debt and equity placement for insurance companies, pension funds and other investors represented by NorthMarq, as well as the development of new clients in Upstate New York as well as Central and Western Pennsylvania. Mr. DeVinney has arranged financing for nursing homes, shopping centers, apartments, office buildings and industrial properties. He has over 10 years of experience in real estate mortgage banking. Mr. DeVinney graduated from Messiah College (Harrisburg, PA) with a degree in Political Science. He holds a New York State Real Sales license. |
