Mr. DeGhetto serves as managing director and senior banker of JP Morgan Investment Bank, where he specializes in the Energy and Power industries where he advises corporate clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and capital structure and dividend policy. Mr. DeGhetto has also served as a banker at UBS, Bear Stearns and Citigroup and serves on the Board of the Tomaszkiewicz-Florio Foundation. Mr. DeGhetto has an MBA from New York University where he was a Stern Scholar and Teaching Fellow, and he also holds a bachelors’ degree in electrical engineering from the University of Rochester. |
