Scott Davidson provides counsel in every facet of the Firm’s labor and employment practice section, including employment litigation matters involving claims for wage and hour violations, breach of contract, ERISA violations, sexual harassment and discrimination on the basis of race, national origin, age, gender, and disability. Board certified in Labor & Employment Law, he advises employers on issues pertaining to the National Labor Relations Act, including union organizing drives, representation elections, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board including unfair labor practice hearings and objections to the conduct of elections. Mr. Davidson also advises and counsels employers on a broad range of personnel issues, including disciplinary actions, policy formulation, internal investigations, compliance with state and federal labor laws, and matters involving non-compete agreements and trade secret protection.
