Scott Chaykin joined LiteScape with a proven background of building successful global support organizations. As EVP of Global Customer Services and Support, Scott is responsible for all Training, Professional Services, and Technical Support. Scott most recently served as VP of Worldwide Customer Support at Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, an Alcatel-Lucent company, where he managed all global customer support initiatives including strategy, process and operations. Scott has played key leadership roles in growing two pre-IPO start-ups into industry leading public companies from less than $10M to over $400M in annual revenues. Previously Scott held senior management positions at Cadence Design where he developed and implemented a comprehensive service strategy and managed business operations for North America, responsible for delivering over $300M in software and services annually. |
