Scott Burnside is a government and external affairs consultant to clients of the Telecommunications Practice Group within the Regulated Industries Department in our Washington, D.C. office. A former industry executive with major independent telephone and competitive broadband companies, Mr. Burnside advises clients on local, state and federal legislative and regulatory policy issues; competitive market issues affecting telecommunications, broadband and video service providers; and project management for unique and company-specific projects.
