Scott Alridge leads all worldwide legal and contractual matters and planning, including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, software and intellectual property licensing, corporate governance, employment matters, sales transactions, and strategic/corporate development initiatives. Previous to his employment at ChannelAdvisor, Alridge was an attorney at the corporate headquarters of Glenayre Electronics, a publicly held telecommunications company, where he worked extensively on a variety of domestic and international transactional and corporate matters. Scott also worked on numerous software, intellectual property and joint venture transactional matters while with IBM Corporation. Scott received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a Juris Doctor from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. |
