Scott W. Hurley was named corporate vice president and corporate controller by the Board of Directors in February 2008. In this role he is responsible for global accounting operations, corporate accounting and reporting, and corporate operations analysis.
Before joining Unisys, Scott served as vice president and chief accounting officer at VIASYS Healthcare Inc. His previous experience includes vice president, corporate controller and treasurer at Incyte Corp.; corporate controller at Arrow International, Inc.; and director of finance, Worldwide Industrial Operations at Rhone Poulenc Rorer, Inc.
Scott is a certified public accountant, and holds a master's in accounting and finance from LaSalle University and an undergraduate degree in business administration from Michigan State University. |
