Scott Rhine received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University in March, 1975 with concentrations in Accounting. He is a member of both the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, and the past President and Vice President of the FICPA. PRACTICE EXPERIENCE AND SPECIALIZATIONS Scott joined CBIZ in 1998 and has in-charge responsibilities over engagements involving closely-held businesses and high net worth individuals with wealth preservation, financial planning and turn key business solutions. Major business concentrations include construction contractors, real estate developers, start-up companies, condominium associations, retail businesses, professional and service businesses, and not-for-profit organizations. He also serves as an expert witness in litigation support engagements.
