Scott T. Mikuen is vice president associate general counsel and corporate secretary of Harris Corporation. He is responsible for corporate legal issues, including securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, finance, and transaction matters.
Mr. Mikuen joined Harris in 1996 and was most recently vice president counsel with responsibility for Harris' corporate and commercial division legal affairs. He also served as assistant secretary to the board of directors.
Prior to joining Harris, he served as a partner in a Long Island, New York, law firm.
Mr. Mikuen earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Colgate University and a law degree from the Harvard Law School.
He is admitted to practice in New York and Florida. Mr. Mikuen is a member of the New York and Florida Bar Associations, the American Bar Association, the American Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Officers, and the Association of Corporate Counsel. |
