Scott joined Ansell in October 2005 having spent the last four years as CEO and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of Earthstone International LLC where he lead the start up of a successful consumer product company. Prior to that he was President of Northland Cranberries, Inc, where he successfully grew a food and beverage business and spearheaded the acquisition and integration of a major consumer business. Scott spent nearly ten years with Cadbury Beverages Plc, where he held a number of senior sales and marketing positions including Vice President Sales and Customer Marketing, Dr Pepper/7up, Vice President of Customer Marketing, and Vice President of Trade Development Motts North America. He has extensive experience in sales and marketing, along with working with investment banks, capital raising and acquisition integrations. He holds a Master of Business Administration, Pepperdine University Executive Program, Malibu, CA, and a Bachelor of Arts-Business Administration, California State University, Fullerton, CA; Concentration in Marketing. |
