SCOTT M. PALATUCCI is a 1999 graduate of the University of Delaware where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice, with a concentration in Law and Society. Mr. Palatucci received his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 2003, where he was a member of the Widener Law Review and authored the note The Effectiveness of Citizen Suits in Preventing the Environment From Becoming a Casualty of War, 10 WIDENER L. REV. 585 (2004). While at Widener University School of Law, Mr. Palatucci was also a member of the Delaware Civil Litigation Clinic and the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society. As a member of the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society, he was awarded the Certificate for Excellence in Trial Advocacy, placing first in both the Society’s annual Hugh B. Pierce Trial Advocacy Competition and Brief Writing Competition.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Palatucci served as Law Clerk to The Honorable Joseph F.
