Mr. Kucinski is Director of Construction Services for MHI Hospitality Corporation. Prior to his current position, Mr. Kucinski served as Development Analyst since joining MHI Hotel Services in June of 2004. Mr. Kucinski leads a team that manages all redevelopment and renovation activity for MHI. Current projects include the $15 million renovation and rebranding of the Sheraton Louisville North asset; $10 million renovation of the Hilton Wilmington Riverside; and $13 million renovation of the Hilton Savannah DeSoto. Previous accomplishments include managing the $4 million renovation and rebranding of the Holiday Inn Laurel West asset. Mr. Kucinski is a 2004 graduate of Washington & Lee University. |
