Scott provides audit and advisory services to business owners, executives and boards of directors. He works with privately-held, venture-backed companies as well as those that report publicly to the Securities and Exchange Commission. Scott's audit and advisory experiences include assisting rapidly growing, entrepreneurial-driven companies and consulting on complex accounting matters such as revenue recognition, equity instruments, derivatives, business combination due diligence, internal controls and corporate governance, including SOX 404.
