Mr. Vining joined Paragon in 2003. From 1996 to 2003, Mr. Vining was employed by Armor Holdings, Inc., a multi-national New York Stock Exchange listed company with 84 subsidiaries operating in 37 countries, most recently as Treasurer and Chief Accounting Officer. In this capacity, Mr. Vining was responsible for international treasury operations, domestic and international tax planning, governmental reporting and led the consolidation of Armor’s services subsidiaries and the integration strategy for Armor’ mobile security division acquired in 2001. Previously, he served as Armor’s Corporate Controller and Director of Financial Reporting from 1999 until 2000 and as Products Division Controller from 1996 until 1999. Prior to joining Armor Holdings, Mr. Vining served as Corporate Controller for Express Auto Group, Inc. from 1995 until 1996 and for Openware Technologies, Inc. from 1994 until 1995. Mr. Vining also worked as Division Controller for W.W. Gay Mechanical Contractor from 1990 until 1994 and as an Investment Banker for Sprung & Wise Securities from 1988 until 1990. A certified public accountant, Mr. Vining began his career on the audit staff of Coopers & Lybrand after receiving a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of North Florida. |
