Scott L. Bok Co-Chief Executive Officer Scott L. Bok has served as our Co-Chief Executive Officer since October 2007 and previously as our Co-President since January 2004. In addition, Mr. Bok has been a director of Greenhill & Co., Inc. since its incorporation in March 2004. From 2001 until the incorporation of the Firm, Mr. Bok served on the two-person administrative committee responsible for managing Greenhill's operations. He joined Greenhill as a Managing Director in February 1997. Before joining Greenhill, Mr. Bok was a managing director in the mergers, acquisitions and restructuring department of Morgan Stanley & Co., where he worked from 1986 to 1997, based in New York and London. From 1984 to 1986, he practiced mergers and acquisitions and securities law in New York with Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Mr. Bok is a member of the board of directors of Hearland Payment Systems and various private companies
