Scott H. Ray is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of United Online. He is responsible for its finance accounting investor relations and corporate development functions including mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining United Online Mr. Ray was chief financial officer for ValueClick Inc. where he managed the company's global finance accounting human resources and facilities functions. Prior to ValueClick Mr. Ray served as chief financial officer for a variety of public technology and financial services companies including OpenTV Corp. Silicon Valley Bancshares and Bay View Capital Corporation. During his career he has also worked for Coopers LLP & Lybrand and Price Waterhouse LLP.
Mr. Ray is a certified public accountant and a certified forensic accountant with a bachelor's degree in accounting with honors from Arizona State University. |
