Scott E. Maddox joined Sequent Energy Management as vice president of information systems and technology in August 2003. Maddox is responsible for all aspects of systems and technology used to manage and support Sequent’s gas trading, asset management and gas origination business.
Maddox came to Sequent from Duke Energy where he served as vice president of trading systems for Duke Energy North America. Maddox spent fifteen years with Duke and its predecessor entities in positions of increasing responsibility in information systems and pipeline marketing.
Prior to working with Duke Energy, Maddox spent six years in information systems with Apache Corporation.
Maddox obtained his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Houston.
He resides in west Houston with his wife and two children. |
