Mr. Siegel’s primary function as Vice President is to oversee the activities of his team of Orr Partners’ Project Managers. Mr. Siegel’s strengths lie in the financial aspects of the development process, from a firm understanding of market drivers to financial modeling and budget development. During his tenure with Orr Partners, Mr. Siegel has developed and managed project budgets for several significant projects including, AOL, Shaw Pittman, Clifford Chance Rogers and Wells, FDIC and Newbridge Networks
Most recently, Mr. Siegel served as Executive Project Manager for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) Project in Arlington, Virginia. The FDIC project is a 422,000 SF mixed-use project completed on time and under budget in the summer of 2006. Other past projects of note include the McLean Bible Church expansion, Newbridge Networks, Chantilly, Virginia (300,000 SF two-building campus) and Ferris Baker Watts (40,000 SF tenant improvements) in Silver Spring, Maryland and Washington, DC. |
