A true workaholic, practically available around the clock, Saumya manages and directs all recruitment operations at Synechron in the US, right from the planning phase to the actual implementation of the recruitment drive.Saumya's 11+ years of experience in the IT industry have honed his headhunting skills and helped him recruit some of the best software professionals across various technological platforms, including those at senior levels such as Directors, Account Managers, Project Managers and Tech Leads. His exceptional acumen in this field allows him to meet any given requirement within a stipulated timeline. Saumya holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management. Prior to joining Synechron, he worked as a Staffing Specialist for KPIT Cummins Infosystems and has led recruitment initiatives for Megasoft Ltd, United Resource Consultants and Seacom Technologies.
