Satin Mirchandani is the Chief Executive Officer of MessageOne, and a member of the MessageOne board of directors. In this role, he is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the company. Mirchandani has been actively involved in the development of MessageOne since early 2001, both as acting CEO and as a General Partner at Impact Venture Partners. In his role at Impact Venture Partners, Mirchandani focuses on e-business services and next-generation enterprise applications investments.Prior to joining Impact, Mr. Mirchandani was Vice President and General Manager at Trilogy/pcOrder where he was responsible for leading pcOrder’s IPO process (NASDAQ: PCOR) and launching the company’s reseller business and channel. Prior to joining Trilogy/pcOrder, Mirchandani was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Co. in Silicon Valley, where he focused primarily on product/market strategy and mergers and acquisitions for high technology clients. He also worked as an analyst at AEA Investors, a large New York-based private equity investor. He began his career as a Software Design Engineer at Microsoft Corporation, where he wrote portions of Microsoft Mail 2.0.Mr. Mirchandani is a guest lecturer for the American Management Association. He received an A.B., Phi Beta Kappa, in Computer Science and Economics from Dartmouth College, and an MBA with Honors from the Harvard Business School. |
