Ms. Shmulevitz focuses her practice on bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters. She has significant experience representing secured and unsecured creditors, debtors, trustees and committees in Chapters 7 and 11 bankruptcy cases, class action lawsuits, trademark infringement claims and arbitration proceedings. Her diverse client base includes real estate companies, supermarket chains, steel producers, restaurant groups, brokerage firms and auto parts manufacturers.

o Defended a group of communication companies in large adversary proceeding involving the constructive trust and earmarking defenses to preferential transfers
o Represented a real estate company, as judgment creditor, in objecting to a debtor's discharge
