SCANA’s fuel supply and capacity strategy and ensures that SCANA is responsive to the regulatory requirements in each of the states in which it operates. She was formerly deputy general counsel and assistant Secretary for SCANA and all Subsidiaries. Burch's community contributions include serving on the board of directors of the Killingsworth Home and the Healthy Learners Program. She is a member of the Energy Bar Association, the South Carolina Women's Lawyers Association, the Southern Gas Association, and the American Coal Council.
