Sarah Stealey is the Managing Director of Technology and Telecommunications at PeopleSupport (NASDAQ: PSPT), a leading provider of offshore business process outsourcing (BPO) services. Sarah is responsible for developing and leading PeopleSupport's industry domain knowledge and process expertise for the technology and telecommunications industry verticals and delivering high performance BPO services to software, internet, VoIP and other technology and telecom providers. Sarah is a veteran of PeopleSupport, having joined in 1998 and played an influential role in the company's early development and success.
Most recently Sarah served as Vice President for Client Services where she was responsible for overall client satisfaction, increasing current client revenue generation, and strengthening PeopleSupport's relationships with major clients. During her tenure with PeopleSupport, Sarah has been responsible for the global client services team and lead generation.
From 2001 to 2003, Sarah joined Genuity to pursue a National Account Executive role and returned to PeopleSupport in 2003. Prior to PeopleSupport, Sarah handled operations and vendor relations for fulfillment, contact centers, e-commerce and back-office through her positions as Manager of Direct Marketing Operations for MGM Studios and Marketing Operations Manager for American Television Time. |
