Sarah is the senior immigration paralegal at Pierce Atwood and works exclusively in the Immigration Practice area. Sarah has extensive experience and routinely prepares both non-immigrant and immigrant applications. She works regularly with clients in the preparation and filing of H-1B, L-1, and TN applications, as well as with employment- and family-based immigrant petitions, adjustment applications, and naturalization applications. She routinely prepares and submits applications for employment authorization and advance parole. Sarah also works regularly with clients whose business needs require cross-border assignments or business travel to Canada, EU countries, Pacific Rim countries, and countries in Latin America. Sarah conducts prevailing wage research and assists clients with Labor Condition and PERM compliance instructions, as well as Labor Condition Applications and Labor Certification Applications under PERM. |
