Sarah Walker is an associate in the firm's Commercial Finance Group. She represents financial institutions in documenting, negotiating and performing due diligence for asset-based and cash-flow commercial finance transactions.
She is also a member of the Climate Change & Resource Conservation Group, bringing experience in areas such as sustainable development, emissions cap-and-trade systems and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). While pursuing her Civil Engineering degree from Georgia Tech's School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, she interned with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Ms. Walker is a member of the firm's Diversity Committee and an associate board member of Scholarship Chicago, Inc., a 10-year old not-for-profit charitable organization established to assist underprivileged Chicago-area high school students attend and graduate from the colleges of their choice.
