Ms. Moffett is an associate in the Firm’s Labor and Employment Group. She focuses her practice on the defense of employment, commercial, and business claims. She also has significant experience in matters related to government contracts and procurement. As a law clerk to the Secretary of the Air Force General Counsel for Contractor Responsibility, Ms. Moffett reviewed and analyzed commercial contracts and compliance in accordance with the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations and Federal Acquisition Regulations. She drafted and edited suspension, debarment, and case law memoranda for both the Secretary of the Air Force Deputy General Counsel for Contractor Responsibility and the Secretary of the Air Force Fraud Director.
