Sara Burghart is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater LLP, based in its Munich office. She is a member of the German telecom, media an technology (TMT) practice group where her practice focuses on advising companies on IT law issues in particular license agreements, software development, e-commerce, hardware distribution, outsourcing agreements, standard form contracts, data protection (privacy) and IP litigation. Sara studied law at the University of Augsburg. She served her traineeships with two international law firms specializing in IT/IP. Prior to joining the Firm, Sara worked for an international law firm in Munich.
