Mr. Kim has years of diverse experience in the IT arena covering a wide range of sectors to include; content delivery systems, semiconductor channel management, web based applications design and dissemination. He’s responsibilities include managing product strategy, territory sales, marketing, production capacity, semiconductor negotiations, total quality control plans and just in time delivery plans. From 1994-96, he was in charge of Strategic Account Representative Channel worldwide sales for one of the largest OEMs, Hyundai Semiconductor. His main business category was developing and designing partnership strategies, territory sales, marketing promotion plans, confirming the production capacity and designing new line-up strategies as well as additional managerial activities.
In 1997 he created the award winning company that introduced Korea’s first domestically designed Web Caching solutions. It was of significant importance that he was recognized as an A level Grade company in the Venture-Capital Investment Company Registration by the Small & Medium Business Administration in July, 2002.
Mr. Kim received an MBA (Marketing) from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Computer Science from Korea University. In 2003, he additionally completed the AVM (Advanced Venture Management) program from KAIST, Graduate School of Management. |
