Mr. Neuman has served as a director and Assistant Secretary since 1984. Mr. Neuman has been the Chairman of the law firm Gallop Johnson & Neuman L.C. since March 31 2005 and was the Managing Member of Gallop Johnson & Neuman L.C. from May 2000 until he was elected Chairman on March 31 2005.
