Before assuming her current position Ms. Creighton was Vice President General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for MIPS Technologies from June 1998. Prior to joining MIPS Technologies Ms. Creighton was deputy general counsel at Sun Microsystems Inc. serving as director of the products and technology legal department for the Computer Systems Group Sun's largest division. Prior to joining Sun in 1991 Ms. Creighton was a business associate at the law firm of Pillsbury Madison & Sutro where she provided a broad range of services for clients ranging from start-up ventures with new technologies to Fortune 500 companies.
Ms. Creighton holds B.A. and M.A. degrees from Stanford University and a J.D. from Northwestern University. |
