Sandra Schafer joined CareMedic in February of 2006 as senior vice president of marketing and product management. Schafer came to us from NDCHealth, where she served as vice president of marketing and product marketing, and before that, vice president of product management for the hospital division. Sandra has been in healthcare information technology for nearly 25 years. She served as vice president of strategic business development at Healthcare.com and vice president of eCommerce Solutions at Superior Consultants. She spent 17 years at McKesson/HBOC in a variety of management roles, ranging from operations to sales support, and alliance development to product marketing. Schafer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of Iowa. |
