Biography
Sandra T. McCully, CPA joined Kemper CPA Group LLP in 1995. She became a principal in 1998, a partner in 2000, and has been the partner-in-charge of the Mt. Carmel, Illinois office since 2000. Her experience includes internal and external financial-institution auditing, construction auditing, and tax compliance, review and research.
Ms. McCully has participated in several firm-wide activities, primarily as an instructor for Firm CPE coursework relating to financial institutions and taxation. As director of the Firm's tax department, she serves as a consultant for taxation issues and supervises the Firm's tax practice quality control program.
Ms. McCully graduated from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, Summa Cum Laude in 1995 with a master in accountancy, and passed the CPA exam that same year. While at Southern, she concentrated her studies in tax research. Her undergraduate work was completed at Murray State University where she graduated in 1980 Magna Cum Laude.
