Sandra Kohn is an established attorney in the firm’s business and real estate department. Sandra represents clients primarily in real estate and related transactions, including acquisition, sale and financing of commercial real estate, and structuring permanent financing for affordable housing projects.

Sandra is adept at working with the many public, private and nonprofit players typically involved in her clients’ transactions and in helping the parties conclude those transactions efficiently and amicably.

Sandra lives on a houseboat and stays involved in a variety of moorage activities and projects. She also enjoys traveling, gardening and collecting antiques.

Assists in representing the developers of Portland's fastest growing, highly successful inner-urban neighborhood.

Assisted in representing a nonprofit agency in obtaining and structuring financing for the refurbishment and redevelopment of two downtown Portland housing projects.

Represented the seller of $24.7 million of prime Portland riverfront, boat moorage and houseboat property.
