Sandra A. Temple joined North State Bank in March prior to its opening. She came to North State from Triangle Bank, where she served in positions such as vice president of cash management operations, vice president of branch operations, branch manager, and as a consumer and commercial lender. During her more than 15 years of North Carolina banking experience, she also worked with First Citizens Bank in Raleigh as a vice president and project manager for mergers and acquisitions, and worked with Wachovia Bank. In addition, for five years she was a licensed sales representative with Mass Mutual Life Insurance Company, providing insurance and investments to professional groups.
A native of Wendell, NC, in Johnston County, Sandra attended North Carolina Wesleyan for two years. She serves as president for the North Carolina Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and a member of the Banking Committee for CAI - National. She is a volunteer for the N.C. Kidney Foundation and formerly was a member of the Raleigh Host Lions Club. |
