Sam Wampler is a partner in the Bricker & Eckler LLP construction law group. His construction law practice includes negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation related to commercial, industrial and institutional construction projects, including libraries, schools, hospitals and public works; preparing construction contracts and related documents; resolution of surety bond claims; counseling on competitive bidding issues; and other issues related to public and private construction projects. Sam also serves as an arbitrator and mediator in complex construction disputes.
