Samuel Caldwell, Vice President (CTS), brings to Paradigm over 15 years of experience providing technical design and implementation in client/server environments. He has supported federal customers in a number of classified and unclassified agencies, including the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigations, Central Intelligence Agency, and the National Security Agency. Mr. Caldwell's expertise in network engineering and information systems has enhanced his ability to solve complex network and system challenges with minimum disruption or inconvenience to the users. He has had a distinguished career in the United States Navy and is currently serving in the United States Navy Reserves. In addition to holding a number of IT certifications, Mr. Caldwell is a certified Homeland Security Certified, Level III professional. He holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Information Systems and Computer Networking from Strayer University and a Masters degree in Quality Systems Management from the National Graduate School. |
